You confirm that you:

• Have not previously been excluded or suspended from jaya9 or any affiliated platform.

jaya9 reserves the right to close any account found to be in violation of these eligibility requirements, and to void any winnings or forfeit any account balance arising from ineligible use.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user may hold only one registered account on jaya9. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Your account obligations include:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and upon request.
• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing access with any other person.
• Notifying jaya9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Completing any identity verification (KYC) process requested by jaya9 within the stipulated timeframe.

jaya9 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any unsolicited communication. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jaya9 supports BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) transactions processed through trusted local and international payment channels. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following rules and conditions.

Deposit Rules

General Gameplay Rules

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaya9 platform. Engaging in any of these actions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Attempting to launder money or using jaya9 as a conduit for any financial crime or fraud.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity, without their explicit written consent.

• Registering or operating an account on behalf of a minor or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to use your account.

jaya9 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in Bangladesh and internationally. Any account suspected of involvement in illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation, and relevant information may be disclosed to authorities as required by law.

Upon permanent account closure, jaya9 will return any verified remaining real-money balance to the account holder after deducting any outstanding obligations, provided no fraud or legal hold applies. Bonus balances are not returned upon closure.
